I hope I will not create any friction here but I think it is appropriate that someone from the student body speaks up about the problems we face.
Last sem, we started late kaya late din kaming nagend. La na nga kaming break eh. Nagkalitu-lito pa schedules. Ang nangyari nawalan ng gana ang mga students especially yung mga student pa since the first sem.
BoooH is the word for the second trimester.
At ngayon naman...
Mukhang magiging 3 weeks pa before ang NormaL Classes. Wht with all the foundation day and stuff. And speaking about the foundation daY...
Huh??? Are all the students prepared and aware of it? Di nga lam ng iba kailan magstart eh or what mga part nila. Iv said it before and im saying it again, bad timing ang planning ng skul, If nagstart muna ang classes and had everyone together.. then mas magiging prepared at enjoy mga students.
And the expenses din.
We just paid for our balances,
and then the enrollment,
and then the expenses for the foundation day.
It's alright for those na may kaya,
but how about for those na financially not able?
Yeah, problema na nga yun ng mga students pero hindi ba sana medyo nakatulong ang school if they've considered giving space sa mga dates na binibigay nila? well... i guess you see my point.
And for the academics naman sa Second Trimester, it's fairly well. Except for one subject where almost everyone failed. How did it happen? I don’t have any idea.
Lastly, I hope the school will impose na ung no uniform no id, no entry hehe. The students look really cute with their coats and pants. It’s high time AKIC students be taught discipline.
Im sorry if may tinamaan or what, I just want to express my views and opinions. Mahal namin AKIC and we only want na maging successful ito para maging successful din mga students.

very good observations imthegirl.. i have observed that too.. confusing masyado yung schedule for start of classes.. at mukhang mae-extend nga nanaman dahil sa foundation day.. dapat tlga mid-sem nlang yung foundation day.. i hope someone from the admin address your observations.. or they can post comments here.. hehe.. |

salam, imthegirl you are committing violation. you are abbreviating some words... but i agree with you na may mali sa planning ng administration... first pinag-susunod nila ang full payment, at enrolment. ngayon semester din sumabay din ang foundation day... kaya di ma-afford ng students kung sabay-sabay nilang babayaran ang mga bayarin... own my own opinion, dapat kinokolect nila ung full payment at the mid of the semester... para di rin mahirapan ang mga parents sa pagbayad.
i agree din na medyo di mafeel ung foundation day, especially yung mga new students kasi wala silang kaalam-alam... but so far ok naman ang celebration yun nga lang chop-chop ang celebration...
isa rin sa mga problema ng school eh they still admit students kahit very late... bato-bato sa langit ang tamaan wag magalit...
like what happened last semester... kahit prelim exam na tumatanggap pa rin sila ng mga students... dapat e-clarify ng school ang rules nila sa pag-admit ng school... |

It may be a tight imposition to students but what is important is the presence of quality education. The akic is committed to that. |

thank you for your concern, but isa rin sa mga problema namin is to organize the students... kasi eh di maipagkakaila na sa isang private school ay mas marami ang \"pasaway\" na estudyante, o mga students na hindi pa seryoso sa pag-aaral... |

Salaam. Am not really familiar with the situation in your school. Since the school is still infant, the administration is still learning as to how it will operate despite the experiences of the administrators in MSU Campus. Likewise, the students are also learning from the experiences. Just keep inform the administrators about your comments. Insha-ALLAH, they will hear you> Salaam. |

isa rin nga sa problem ng school ay magkakaiba yung idea ng mga tao sa administration... hindi fix and schedule ng mga activity... kaya naman naguguluhan na ang mga students.. at nabobored na rin sa kahihintay..... |

here are more problems again:
re: the students' uniform
sad to say, the school doesn't enforce stricter rules about wearing our uniforms. Please do something about this.
re: Discipline
let's be honest about this, but the students here lack discipline. Marami pa ring nagkacut klass and so on... I think it's the school's responsibilty to mold its students. Dapat aware ang admin bwt the skul' problems esp. students' problems. Kahit college na mga bata, they still need guidance.

We are all so tired of waiting.
Esp. ung may mga part.
I hope maorganize na lahat at magbigay ng tym ang mga advisers to praktis their students.

And one more thing din...
Ung bout sa HP students...
Di kasi clear kung ano ung mga privileges nila over the normal students. Th admin said di na nila kailangang magtake ng final exam.. pero ba't nagtatake parin cla? please make it clear.
At about the exams naman, please set the rules wyl hindi pa exams! Make it clear- cno puede magtake ng removal? may removal ba o wala?, dates ng exams and so on... and speaking of the removal exams, i hope magset din kayo ng rules about this, kc umaabuso ung ibang students. they wont study well thinking they still have chances.

yeah... dapat may rules din ang skul bout this... kc nga diba pangit tingnan.. parang dadn a proper management a skul. Dadn a standard they say...
yay AKIC! it's still the best and coolest school despite of the problems na meron ito sa ngayon. Im xur, INsha ALLAH na ito ang magiging best institution here in our place in the future. AMeen. |

i think you are not supposed to be teached of good management. Dont wait your students to teach you about good management... nakakahiya yata. The problem being raised by certain imthegirl is still valid until now. Why not to try the use of \"clients satisfaction management approach?\" Clients include your students and people working for the Akic operations. Your friends in manila are closely watching yours. Salaam, im glad to see a very Institution like AKIC, can have students like imthegirl and team_supremo, etc. They are the future leaders of our place, at a tender age they can already express their views without really being rude. Keep it up students of AKIC, am sure your School will soar high as you are helping it by expressing your views.
To our friend from Manila, dont be too etchy about the concerns expressed by the students, that's only one half of the story am sure. Am sure the management will and have addressed some of the concerns. They can not just pull back the strings as they dont want to discourage students to express their views. They wanted to allow more students to speak up and say something pro or con. Taken holistically, a better AKIC will emerge.
I advice you to contact directly your friends administering AKIC. Well, you know the nature of AKIC, and how young it is. One time solutions can not just be imposed as it is still struggling.

i'm just bothered po kasi about the payment that they asked. sa major po namin, online and exam namin through yahoo messenger. after the exam, the server asked us to pay 15 pesos for using the netcafe. concern ko po dun, bakit pa namin kailangang magbayad kung part naman ng classes namin yung paggamit ng net cafe diba? we need valid reasons! what he did was not good, parang business na ang pinatutunguhan nito ah.
isa pa, every time na magnenet kami or magprint, laging galit ang server. anu po ba talaga ang trabaho niya dun? ginagalang po namin lahat ng akic staff pero sana naman ipakita nila ang professionalism, part pa naman yun ng code of ethics ng school. |

bakit yung tindera sa school bookstore at canteen laging galit pag bumibili kami. kami pa pinapahanap niya ng change, eh yun naman ang trabaho niya dun diba? siya pa yung nagagalit grabe at laging si kuya alex ang inuutusan na mag\'assist pag may bibilhin kami. lagi nalang kasi nasa loob ng office at nakikipag\'usap dun, binabayaran ba siya dun para umupo at pagalitan ang mga student na bumibili? hindi trabaho ni kuya alex ang maging tindero in the first place. he's the security guard! |

Can\\\'t the admin do something abouth this teacher here in AKIC na walan ginawa kundi bigyan kami ng report, nahihirapan kaming magresearch at magprepare pero pag reporting na namin parang siya naman lahat ang nagsasalita e dapat sana di na kami pinapareport noh! At ung mga subjects na pinapahandle sa kanya, my god naman! parang hindi niya alam. hindi siya marunong magteach ng mga subject na un. subrang inis namin sa teacher na to, wala kaming natutunan sa kanya at unfair pa maxadong magbigay ng grades kasi kung malakas ka sa kanya kahit wala kang effort bibigyan ka ng mlaking grade!we hate that teacher, turuan nya sarili niya dapaT! di namin xa maintindihan! parang siya lang nakakaintindi ng mga sinasabi niya! andami naming subject sa kanya at sad to say sayang lang lahat. so disappointed kaming mga students kasi pinahandle sa kanya ung mga subject na un, interesting pa naman sana! |

look who's complaining. You are supposed to be telling that to your self. You are complaining about the removals and others. ask yourself first. you are the one who keeps on taking her special exams and what was your reason? because you were not able to study? what about your classmates who did not sleep all day and all night just to scan and memorize their notes. you might be mistaken with your posts plus your complains about the ball. that is supposed to be the task of student council. before you complain, ask yourself. the problem is within you guys, officers don't even wear uniforms. is that the way officers you are trying to show? THINK! |

Now, that teacher you are complaining has gone. what can you say complainant? are you happy and glad he has left?
the problem with you guys is that you keep on complaining. You don't ask yourselves have you done your part as their students. That teacher you are pointing is known to everyone. And I believe, that was his way of teaching which I find it fine in my part. WHY? simply because I can catch up with the lectures simply because i studied and i open up my mind with the things we were discussing in class. ASK YOURSELF |
